Is your child struggling with managing and expressing their emotions? Our intensive school holiday program allows children to learn and develop emotional and social skills in a safe environment supported by our Occupational Therapist. The program will cater towards providing children and parents with tools and strategies that they can take home and integrate into their daily life to foster long term success and application of the skills.

Skills that will be focused on include:

  • Identifying emotions
  • Understanding and learning about the different states of emotions
  • Identification of individual early warning signs and triggers related to behaviour and when they are becoming dysregulated
  • Learning self-regulating and coping strategies (calming and alerting strategies)
  • Reading facial expressions and understanding other people’s perspectives
  • Problem solving skills

The program runs from Tuesday 6th October to Friday 9th October (4 sessions) 9:30AM – 11:00am | Year 1 – Year 3 1:30PM – 3:00pm | Year 4 – Year 6

Spring into Circus these holidays!

Encourage your kids to flip and fly, clown around and get active with circus. 5 to 7 year olds can play with other circus enthusiasts and learn ground based and aerial circus skills in our Flip and Fly program.

8 to 12 year olds can join us for Big Top Circus Holiday, where they’ll learn a variety of skills and perform in a circus show. Perfect for kids who dream of the stage.

Boys aged 8+ can climb high, challenge gravity and take risks in a safe environment with inspirational circus men in Boys Circus.

Kids aged 10+ can learn new skills in our introductory acrobatics or aerials classes and anyone aged 12+ with basic Chinese Pole skills can learn dynamic skills and jumps in Chinese Pole Tricks. There’s something for all ages at the Freo Big Top.

Code Camp

Where parents find fun school holiday camps and activities, that empower your kids to design, code and create, and spark a passion so they can go and change the world with a smile on their face. More than 90,000 kids have loved Code Camp so far!

East Fremantle Yacht Club

Get your kids out on the water during the Sept/October school holidays! We are running our Tackers 1 & 2 learn to sail courses over both weeks of the school holidays. Tackers is an introductory, fun, games-based sailing program. All the equipment, including the boats, is provided. Kids play loads of games & go on adventures together to learn how to sail! The course runs over 4 days from 8.30am – 12.30pm and is suitable for kids aged 7 – 12 years old.

Week 1 – Tuesday 29th September – Friday 2nd October (8.30am – 12.30pm)

Week 2 – Monday 5th October – Thursday 8th October (8.30am – 12.30pm)

Kidz ‘n Sport

Boys and Girls, come and have heaps of fun at a Kidz ‘n Sport Holiday Program.

In small groups, kids are taken through a wide range of games and activities aimed at developing catching, throwing, running and agility as well as learning the skills and rules of Cricket, Tee-ball, Basketball and Soccer.

SupaNova Synchronised Swimming Club

Give your child the unique opportunity to learn the basics of artistic swimming from an accredited Artistic Swimming coach in a fully immersive, fun and interactive camp! More than a trial class, this camp will allow your child to experience all the sport has to offer from athleticism to artistry. The camp is open to girls and boys aged 6-12 years old (activities will be tailored to accommodate our male participants).

Participants will enjoy learning basic artistic swimming skills, choosing music, choreographing a routine, learning how to land drill, creating and practicing a deck pose. This will all come together on the final day when they will perform their routine with underwater sound, in their choice of costume from our library!

Kids in the kitchen!  Give your kids an opportunity to learn cooking in the kitchen these school holidays It will keep them having a positive relationship with food, and they will be learning life skills they can use for years to come. Cooking for a lot of people is a stress relief and if cleaning up at the end of the job causes you stress well then a class is a great opportunity to give them a life skill while you don’t have to deal with the mess! 100% nutfree environment 

Mondays and Tuesdays of the school holidays time slots are generally 10-12 or 1-3pm.

Cost from $35 -$75 ages 5 and up – we have taught younger if the parent stays with the child. We do book out so get in early also keep an eye out as we sometimes add extra classes on.

Delicately delivered by our Director Charisse Parnell and Teen Coordinator Hanna Maciejewski our Mindfulness and Meditation workshop is just what we need right now.  Relaxation and mindfulness techniques will give you a moment to breathe and calm your nervous system.  Meditation will be explored through stretch and gentle movement allowing you to find a sense of peace and calmness within.  A gorgeous workshop which will send you straight to sleep when you return home.

Dress: super comfortable clothing.  Bring a water bottle, yoga mat, pillow and blanket or borrow from the studio.

No dance experience necessary.

Our Feeling Good workshop has been designed by Jessica Bostock, our Junior Studio Coordinator to help soothe the soul of our younger dancers.

The workshop will start reflective writing, thinking, movement tasks to find happiness and gratitude within themselves and others.

Dancers will then learn a routine combining the styles of lyrical and hip hop to Sia’s “Together” which will leave the dancers feeling connected, uplifted and filled with an abundance of joy.

Dress: dance clothes with a layer of urban wear. Bring a water bottle and healthy snack.
