WHAT: A fun four week kids yoga course!
We will explore:
– Fun meditation & breathing exercises
– Yoga shapes & games
– Mindful activities
– Yoga Nidra relaxation
– Yoga mat & props provided.

WHY: Your kids will not only have a fun but they will learn valuable skills to use in everyday life. Breathing techniques to regulate their nervous system, affirmations to change to a positive mindset, relaxation practices to find calm throughout the day and different ways to move the body releasing stagnant energy.
