Melville Mums is turning 1! To celebrate, we’re running a full week of giveaways thanks to some amazing local businesses. You’ll have the chance to win some heavenly prizes, and it’s all about celebrating our mums. Think self-care, pampering and taking time out for yourself.

Sacred Women’s Circle – Yoga with L
An invitation to the Sacred Women’s Circle to be held on 3 October, Saturday 1.00 pm-3.30pm in the Apple Room, Heathcote Cultural Precinct, Applecross.
The afternoon is based around self-care practices and rituals:
- Welcome to Circle (please feel free to bring a fresh flower on the day to add to the centrepiece).
- Setting a Sankalpa (a written intention formed by the mind and heart).
- A taster session of gentle, flowing yoga to help release stress and tension from the mind and body.
- An introduction to guided meditation to embrace self-love and self-compassion.
- Plus receive a 30 minute guided relaxation and sound bath.
- A small tasing plate and herbal teas will be on offer.
