Our experienced and caring team of Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP), sports scientists (AES), and fitness trainers believe everyone should have the opportunity to experience better health, function, and lifestyle.
We design and use effective, evidence-based exercise programs for paediatrics, women's health, mums and bubs, chronic health conditions and people with disability or neurodivertsity. We offer clinical exercise rehabilitation, clinical pilates as well as strength and conditioning, massage, and pilates classes. Medicare, NDIS or health rebates may apply.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, our team are passionate about enabling people of all ages and abilities enjoy the physical, mental and social health benefits for they’ve experienced themselves from participating in exercise, movement, and community sport.
