KickStart! Health, Fitness & Rehabilitation is all about women's health! Located in the heart of Fremantle (based in the Spring into Fitness gym). Steph is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Steph is passionate about women's health, and because of this passion she runs 4 different types of women's exercise classes:
- Strong Women: a class with a focus on weight training and helping women become stronger and fitter.
- Bums & Tums: a class all about strengthening your core and glutes, improving mobility and reducing back pain.
- Baby Bump Active: a class with pregnancy safe exercises for the Mumma to-be.
- Mum & Bub Active: a class for mum and her little bundle of joy.
We also do 1:1 and small group sessions.
