Bring the family to explore Fremantle through the eyes of the kids as they experience eight carnival rides across four seaside locations including Salty Sailors Landing at Bathers Beach, the Magical Market Bazaar outside Fremantle Markets, Shipwreck Alley outside the WA Shipwreck Museum and the Mystical Kings Castle at Esplanade Reserve.
THIS IS FUNMANTLE will run from Saturday 10–Sunday 18 April and is suitable for most children ages 2–12.

SPECIAL ACTIVITIES ALONG THE WAY – KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THESE FREE ACTIVITIES
- Spot mermaids, unicorns and giant flamingos near Salty Sailor’s Landing at Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour as you complete the THIS IS FUNMANTLE seaside wonderland adventure trail. There will be daily opportunities to meet and have a photo with these magical visitors. Mermaid Nixie will be at Mews Park Fisherman’s Jetty from 11 am – 1 pm. You can see unicorns in Mews Park from 12 pm – 2 pm. Giant Flamingos can be found in the water along the boardwalk at ‘Flamingo Bay’ in Mews Park from from 10 am – 3 pm each day and you don’t forget to visit Pirate Cove in the piazza.
- Near Shipwreck Alley, the WA Shipwrecks Museum has pesky creatures hiding in the museum on the Riddled with Rats trail. From 10 am – 2 pm, Saturday 3 – Sunday 18 April, enter the museum and see if you can find all the rats and surprise your friends with a rat-in-a-box papercraft.
- Free entry to the Naval Sea Power in Miniature exhibition at WA Shipwrecks Museum.
- Face painting will be available at Little Creatures from 11 am – 2 pm each Saturday and Sunday of the school holidays.
