A session specifically for new mums, using the Parenting by Connection model of Listening Partnerships.

In many years of working with parents, Parenting by Connection is an approach that has found that if parents take regular turns listening to each other, each parent makes dependable gains in her life. The time to explore thoughts and feelings about the experience of being a new mum is invaluable. Listening Partnerships are a simple and rewarding way to give and to get the support we parents/carers need as we meet the challenges of nurturing our children.
