Event Details

Learn to play Minecraft with your grandkids/kids! Complete beginners are encouraged to come along and try something new as part of Get Online Week.

Bring your young person along to play Minecraft in the library. Minecraft is an online video game, great for all ages, in which players create and break apart various kind of blocks in three dimensional worlds.

We will get you started and then hand you over to the experts in the field – young people! Together you can bond over building something amazing, being resourceful and/or surviving the night!

Video games provide an online space for friends and family to meet, chat, and play together. You may also find games are a good source of escapism and relaxation, which can help to overcome feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Get Online Week is a digital inclusion campaign organised by Good Things Foundation. For more information visit www.beconnectednetwork.org.au
