Complete beginners are encouraged to come along and try something new as part of Get Online Week!

Come along to learn how to play Minecraft. Minecraft is an online video game, great for all ages, in which players create and break apart various kind of blocks in three dimensional worlds.

You will be shown how to get started, basic game play, chatting to others and staying safe online in this hands-on workshop.

Video games provide an online space for friends and family to meet, chat, and play together. You may also find games are a good source of escapism and relaxation, which can help to overcome feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Get Online Week is a digital inclusion campaign organised by Good Things Foundation. For more information visit www.beconnectednetwork.org.au.
