MISS LILY’S FABULOUS FEATHER BOA | SPARE PARTS PUPPET THEATRE
The guests at Miss Lily’s Tropical Holiday House enjoy relaxing days and cheerful company – and no one needs it more than the lonely Last Potoroo. When Miss Lily takes to the stage with her fabulous feather boa the timid Potoroo is filled with the feeling that she could do anything, if only the feather boa could be hers. Soon a plan is set in motion with very unexpected consequences… This latest performance at Spare Parts Puppet Theatre is on from 3 – 17 April and perfect for ages 5+. VIKINGS EXHIBITION | WA MARITIME MUSEUM
At the WA Maritime Museum this April school holidays, you can explore the fascinating world of Vikings: Warriors of the North, Giants of the Sea. Learn about the true stories of conquest, plunder, craft, trade and adventure which turned these Nordic people into heroes of myth and legend. There are special free activities planned for kids including Victorious Vikings, Vikings! and Vikings Show: Legendary. Discover the warriors, ships, treasures, traditional weapons and make a paper-craft Viking longship or helmet at Victorious Vikings from Saturday 3 – Sunday 18 April, suitable for kids aged 4+ years. Join Ulf and Ragnar on an epic voyage of circus and comedy across rough seas at Vikings! from Sunday 4 – Monday 5 April, for ages 4+ years. Viking Show: Legendary is a fun and entertaining game show with a myth busting journey for ages 6+ from Thursday 8 – Sunday 18 April. Please note, adult entry fees apply. WA SHIPWRECKS MUSEUM
Don’t miss the Pirates!! A choose-your-own-adventure story with the loveable pirate, Captain Boots at WA Shipwrecks Museum. This captain has struggled ashore near the WA Shipwrecks Museum, and he wants you to join him as part of his special crew! Through a wonderful world of imagination, be prepared for Captain Boots to take kids on a rollicking, fun-filled adventure throughout the museum in search of hidden treasure! Real maps, real swords, real treasure. On from Tuesday 13 – Sunday 18 April, suitable for kids ages 4 – 10. Entry by donation. Bookings will be going live soon on the WA Shipwrecks Museum website.
FARMER DAMIAN’S PETTING ZOO | CLANCY’S FISH PUB FREMANTLE
Not only does Clancy’s Fish Pub Fremantle cater to kids with a special kids menu including free juice with each meal, this school holidays, Clancy’s is hosting Farmer Damian’s Petting Zoo on Friday 9 and Friday 16 April at 4.30 pm and Sunday 11 and 18 April at 1 pm. Entry fee $4.
