Active Light runs outdoors at Jeff Joseph Reserve, Applecross.
Class runs on Tuesdays, 8.30am to 9.15am

Functional Fitness runs outdoors at Tompkins Park, next to Dunkley Avenue car park.

Tunes For Tots
Dance, move, sing songs and have some fun with your little one. This class is suitable for children aged 2 years+.
Tunes for Tots runs outdoors at Point Walter (foreshore area) on the grassed area near the cafe.

Stretch and strengthen all parts of the body. Yoga helps improve posture, balance and flexibility. Don’t forget to bring your Yoga mat. This class caters to all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned Yogis.
Yoga runs outdoors at Point Walter (top) adjacent to the Tennis Courts.
This class runs on Saturdays at 7.15am to 8.00am
